Anyway, just to update myself here, I've just joined "Bikram Yoga" aka "Hot Yoga" which we have to work out 26 postures under a temparature of 40 degrees ... It's like the moment you step in to the room, you'll just sweat like mad as if some screwdrivers has went loose on your hydrant body. Somehow, I had fell in love with Yoga that I always head towards TST for it. A 90 minutes class is a worth it investment to get myself detoxified, feeling more positive and best of all, it helps to distress me. Check this out --> www.bikramyoga.com.hk

Went to Batu Caves for some leg training. The girls have been doing it like several weeks now, while us, the guy, just lagging behind. And finally last Sunday, we decided to join the action.
The return of AhLee Balboa! Jet, music please!
As usual, we were late. I wonder why in our gene that we like to be late, which is totally opposite of the girl always late theory.

When we arrived, it's almost 8am, and the girls already started their second round. Without stretching or warming up, we just head straight to the stairs, 250+ of them, to reach the top.
No matter how tired Chean was, the most important is ying!
First round, it was still OK. Legs a bit sore. Then 2nd round, now it started to get tired, breathe heavily, and more soreness. 3rd round, we even had to stop at the middle to catch our breath, rest our legs... Somehow we managed to get our butt up to the top for the 3rd time, and the girls also reached there, for their 4th round. So while resting, we also took some photos together.

And that's about it. Only 3 rounds for us guys, while the girls continue theirs, to a goal of total 8 rounds. We were left beaten up, and went back for our breakfast, then everybody back home for a long nap... hahaha, definitely losers!

As usual, we went to Halo Cafe on Friday night.
But tonight a bit different. There used to be some regular Halo cafe singers performing throughout the night, but seems like there's a small intro show for a new local artist, a female singer - Serene. Don't ask me coz I have no idea myself who she was.
After the first song, some intro of herself. It was Yanny who did the photo taking.
The weird thing is, she was wearing a mask! We were absolutely no idea why she did that, perhaps it can create some kind of mystery, and people will start to wonder who she is, and bang, free publicity! Eerr... is what I'm doing now one of them?
You don't really want to expand this photo coz it just too blur to see anything...
Anyway, she sang around 3 songs, 2 of them was soft rock, well, kinda getting our nerves because plucking your bass crazy(or broadcasting them) in that small area is not really a good idea, it tends to get very noisy... And in the contrary, we can't really hear clearly when they started talking and introducing, coz we sat at the furthest, and they spoke too soft...
The closest thing we can get, a poster pasted on the wall...
We certainly wanna know how she looks like, but with that mask of hers, and my crappy phone camera, and lack of guts to take photo closely (which we really don't wish to create any misunderstanding like we are her fans...) It just left us something to ponder...

It's 12:32am in the mid-night, and we (chean, kong, chun & yan) were still hanging out at Halo cafe located at Sedaya University College, Cheras.
It's late now, shop prepare to close, paid the bill and ready to go.
But what is he doing there, who's this guy?

Wait a minute. Where's Chean? Ohh.. It looks like Cheany standing at the casher counter asking some favour or something from a waitress named 'Miko'.
OIC, that's the story. Chean was asking Miko someone's phone number...
You have no idea how hard to get this number, we went there for 3 nights and spent approximately RM240.
On the 1st night, Chean ask Miko for Queeny's number. Miko said the phone list was with her supervisor, and currently her supervisor was not around. She promoissed Chean that she will give get it for him the next time we pay visit to Halo. OK lor, nevermind. I'll be "buck"!
On the 2nd night, Chean ask Mico for the number again. She seems reluctant to give, ans reply with few words - 'I'll give you next time' then quickly walk into the cash counter.
On the 3rd night, Chean ask her again. She has no excuse but give it, she wrote the phone number on a piece of paper and passed it to Chean.

[[ Visit to police station ]]
We have paid a visit to the Old Klang road police station, around 830pm Sunday.
Were they being interrogated by the policemen?!
Fortunately the area crime rate still under control, so no one was there when we arrived.
After Yanny told his intention to the policeman at the report counter, the officer made several calls to different stations, which I have no idea what's that about.
It took around 30 minutes to finish the whole police report lodging process, consider fast for our well known snail slow law enforcement service.
Still act cool despite "committed" such a "crime"! Shame on you two!
Ya, the golden question, why were we there? All thanks to that big prawn head Yanny "thought" he lost his credit card, which later found in his pant pocket after he canceled it. To get a replacement, a police report is required, and that's the reason we went there!

[[ Sushi Mania! ]]
Every year, the famous Japanese restaurant, Sushi King will have a promotion period, where they offer their member to enjoy their conveyor belt sushi for RM2 per plate! And that time of joy has come, starting 9th April to 12th April, every sushi lover (I guess as well as cheap and stingy folks) just went crazy in these 4 days!
For no reason, we went for Sushi King on Saturday, 2 days before the promotion, probably envy, might be dissatisfy, perhaps pride, pushed us to get a bite on those delicious sushi. Yupe, you guess right, no one among us is a Sushi King privilege card member. Duuuhhhh...
So, the first 2 days were crazy days for others, but not us.
How crazy has others gone? Take my colleague for example, he went there for lunch, dinner, 2 days in a row, consuming at least 11 plates each visit!
11th April, which was Yanny's birthday, the urge to get these cheap tasty sushi had made him ventured to the arena of sushi in 1U shopping mall, with 2 of his comrades, me (Chun) and Cheany (Kong was at Macau enjoying his 18 sauna). Thanks to my colleague, who lent me his member card.
First day, thanks to ignorance, we ate lots of those half ring plates (the sample plate on top of left and right stack)
As expected, long queue in front of the Sushi King branch. We waited around 1 hour to get our butt sat in front of the conveyor belt. With no delay, acting like never had sushi before, we grabbed tons of them. "Wah, octopus, jeng!" "Wah, jelly fish!" We were like starving refugee yelling and stuffing them into our stomach. Our all time favorite, the Unagi Sushi! Plates after plates, rolls after rolls, until our big belly surrender... How many we took? Approximately 31 plates!
But when the bill came, we were like WTF?! Apparently, some of the sushi was not on the RM2 promotion, and they are differentiated with a half ring plate, we actually saw a card written this next to the belt, but we didn't really take attention to it... Well, that cost us around RM94+...
All time favorite, Unagi Sushi! Look at that juicy big grilled unagi, yummy!
12th April, while I had just parked my car at Mid Valley, was going there for dinner and movie with colleagues, that crazy Chean called me. He told me he had this hallucination, smelling sushi aroma even in the office! OMFG! So we went for sushi, again. Yanny were not able to join because mum had cooked.
Second day, not much but still alot!
Both of us also felt not that hungry despite that crazy Chean's sushi hallucination. So, after a few plates, we decided only focus on our all time favorite Unagi Sushi again! Oh man, I think after 2 days of sushi marathon, we are not gonna touch any sushi again, in the next couple of months... (BTW, we have some sushi coupon deadline on 22th April, sushi anyone? Hahaha)
